In a nut shell what do you teach and do for your clients?

I teach people how to get rid of chronic pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, heal their immune systems balance their sugars, lose weight, help get them off prescription medications with their dangerous side affects and regain their health & vitality through diet & lifestyle. I teach them through videos how to prepare healthy meals. I teach them what foods to avoid & where to find the hidden harmful ingredients in food labels. I make it simple & convenient. I do not take away all their favorite foods, I simply adjust their recipes to make them healthy. I support them with a Q & A call once a week and with a Facebook support group. I do an assessment of their health first to see if I can help and what adjustments we can make to improve their life. I teach them how harmful some of their medications are & tell them the things their doctors don’t want them to hear. I teach them how to live longer healthy happy lives!

How am I different from other coaches?

 I will teach you how to make a lifestyle change. You will have someone who has been there, experienced it all and learned from it, and can help you through the challenges of this change. I work on the inner and outer principals for success and look at you and your lifestyle and how we can adapt it to give you better health. What that means to you is that you get a wise sage-meets-kick butt authentic health and wellness coach. I will expect you to be responsible in the long run for making the changes required. There will be no guesswork involved. We will start with the very basics. I will lead you every step of the way because I’m not delicate, you’ll always get a straight to the point quick and honest response from me. I’m concerned with how to get your health and vitality back. You may not like what I must tell you – but you can be sure I will always tell you the truth. The truth about what’s standing in the way of your success and how to get rid of it FAST so you can start getting results in record time (and I will throw in a healthy dose of humor and inspiration, which always helps!)

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

 The 60 Days To A Healthy New You System program was created for people who are excited and dead serious about improving their health and getting off harmful medications.

It means not running around all day long, beating yourself up anymore saying: “I wish I had a system to follow that was created for me to within a few months (sometimes weeks) eventually leading me to regain my health and vitality.

Myself, I’m known to work best with other people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired, people who are committed to their success no matter what, who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to get well. My clients often tell me (“just tell me what to do and I’ll do it!”) Consider what you’ll do with me, to be a high-octane crash course on everything you need to know to regain your heath. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore, just a very different way of thinking while achieving an incredibly exciting goal:

For what type of professionals are your programs NOT going to work?

 The 60 Days To A New Healthy You System is NOT for those that don’t want to discipline themselves and take the necessary steps to stick to their diet for any more than a few days and expect change. This is not just a DIET. It is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, but worth every hour you spend. No quick fix pills in this program just diligence and change! There is no processed food on the program. You WILL NOT HAVE TO GIVE UP ALL YOUR FAVORITE FOODS OR DESSERTS! Once you start seeing how your health improves regularly because of our work in The 60 Day To A New Healthy You System with it’s meal plans, recipes and shopping lists, you will be glad you took that step. Also by joining our Facebook group “Healthy Body Happy Life” you will be able to ask questions, get support from other members and see any new videos & recipes. Doing these things will really help you get primed for success.

Another type of personality I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not to sign up and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together, and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?
